“The LORD is like a father to his children, tender and compassionate to those who fear Him.”—Psalm 103:13
I wrote this from the plane as it was about to take off from Belfast North of Ireland. In the previous months I have seen the Glory of God in so many places with outstanding healing and miracles. And as I was praying for you, I could see and feel deeply the reality of this text.
The Lord God is not a far away god who doesn’t care about you. But He is like an earthly father to his children. When I write “like”, it is because an earthly father is not perfect even when he is full of love for his children. As I have four children, I love them all but I’m not like God who has no lack of love and is a perfect dad for those who belong to Him.

God has a tender affection for you whatever you’ve done or not done. He is full of mercy and compassion seeing what you are passing through. He is always there to support you, to encourage you and to provide with all kind of help you need. His arms are longing to hug you and hold you not only during the difficult times but all the time. He is a Father like no human being can be, with so much love for all his children. He has no preferences as He loves all His children the same way.
To be able to receive the unlimited love of your heavenly Father you need to become like a child. A child is harmless, fragile, eager to grow and discover life, and absolutely depending on his parents. Likewise, you can just let it go by trusting this amazing heavenly Father. You can depend on Him for everything, not worrying about tomorrow but just knowing that He is taking care of your life, wanting that you may have the best life ever.

Sometimes children think they can manage their lives by themselves by rejecting the parents. I invite you to open your heart to this loving tender-hearted Father, who will never hurt you or force you to embrace Him. But He is longing to have a close fellowship with you, not as a religious god but really as your Father. Become like a little child who doesn’t think about the importance of his parents but who just depends on them, enjoying every cuddles, kisses, words of encouragement. Just receiving this outstanding love that every human being vitally needs. And by allowing your Dad to take you in His arms, He falls in love of you and you can tell Him how much you love Him.
When you are in difficulties, just ask your Good Father to help you. As He is full of compassion, He will run to rescue you or just to give you advice so that you can succeed in your life. God is your Good Father who will never forsake you and will do everything to defend His children, and He is so proud of you.
Prayer: God, I’m a privileged child to have You as my Father. I open my heart to Your loving tender heart, allowing You to touch me and help me in every circumstances. I trust You and believe in Your protection and support.
