“I have cared for you since you were born. Yes, I carried you before you were born. I will be your God throughout your lifetime—until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.” – Isaiah 46:3-4
Life often brings moments when we feel the weight of circumstances pressing down on us. In those times, it’s easy to wonder if we’re walking this journey alone. But the Word of God brings an unshakable truth: you are not walking alone, and you never have. The God who created you has carried you from the very beginning, and He promises to carry you all the way through to the end.
This promise is not just comforting; it’s transformational. God’s care for you is eternal and personal. From the moment you were conceived in your mother’s womb, His hands were upon you. Through every challenge, every joy, and even into the later years of life, He remains the same : faithful and unwavering.
“I have cared for you since you were born. Yes, I carried you before you were born. I will be your God throughout your lifetime—until your hair is white with age. I made you, and I will care for you. I will carry you along and save you.” – Isaiah 46:3-4
Take a moment to reflect on how God has already carried you. Perhaps you’ve faced seasons where you didn’t know how you would make it through. Maybe you’ve experienced loss, sickness, or times of great uncertainty. Yet here you are, a testament to His sustaining power. Just like Marie from Bastogne, Belgium, who once shared how she survived an impossible diagnosis. She said, “I thought I had reached the end, but God wasn’t finished. He carried me through, step by step, until I walked into a miracle.”
This is the God we serve ! A God who doesn’t just watch from a distance but steps into our lives to carry us. He doesn’t grow weary, and His arms never weaken. The Holy Spirit within you strengthens and empowers you to move forward, even when it feels impossible.
“God’s hands have carried you this far, and His arms will hold you until the very end. Trust Him.“
Let this truth settle in your heart: God made you, He knows you, and He cares for you. You don’t have to carry the burdens of life alone. Surrender them to Him, and trust that He is faithful to lift you up. His promise is not bound by time or circumstances, it extends throughout your lifetime and beyond.
Whatever stage of life you find yourself in, whether young or old, strong or weary, God is there. His promise to carry you and save you is as true today as it was the moment He spoke these words.
Prayer: Lord, I thank You for being my faithful God, the One who carries me through every season of life. I surrender my fears, burdens, and uncertainties to You, knowing that You are always with me. Strengthen me today, and let me rest in the assurance of Your care. Thank You for the promise that You will never leave or forsake me. In Jesus’ name, amen.
