“I have revealed You to them, and I will continue to do so. Then your love for me will be in them, and I will be in them.” – John 17:26
This verse is one of the greatest revelations Jesus ever gave us. He declared that He revealed the Father to us, and He promised He will continue to do so. This means that every single day, no matter what you face, Jesus wants to unveil more of the Father’s heart to you. He is not distant, He is not hidden, He is a loving Father who longs to be known.
Even more powerful, Jesus says that the very love the Father has for Him, His beloved Son, will be placed in us. Think about it: the same love that has existed from eternity between the Father and the Son is now poured into your heart. And then Jesus adds, “I will be in them.” Dear Friend, you are not only loved beyond measure, you are filled with the very presence of Jesus Himself.

A friend of mine had grown up with bitterness toward his earthly father, and it marked his life with anger and insecurity. But one night, while praying, he encountered this truth from John 17:26. The Holy Spirit flooded his heart with the revelation that the Father’s love was now in him, and that Jesus Himself lived in him. He wept for hours, and when he stood up, he was a different man. Today he leads others into the same freedom he found, because the revelation of the Father’s love transforms everything.
The Good News is that this promise is for you too. It is not reserved for the few, the spiritual elite, or the specially chosen. Jesus Himself said, “I will continue to do so.” He is still revealing the Father today, to you, to your children, and to your family. His desire is for you to walk daily in the security of the Father’s love and the reality of His presence in your life.
“The greatest promise is that Jesus keeps revealing the Father to us, and that the same love the Father has for Jesus is now living in us.“
The Holy Spirit makes all of this alive. He takes the love of the Father and writes it on your heart. He makes the presence of Jesus real, tangible, and unshakable. With this revelation, you can face rejection with confidence, trials with peace, and the future with courage. You are loved with the same love the Father has for Jesus, and Jesus Himself is living in you.
Let this truth become the foundation of your identity: You are not abandoned, you are not forgotten, you are not unloved. The Father’s love is in you, and Jesus is in you, now and forever.
Prayer: Father, thank You that Jesus has revealed who You truly are to me. I open my heart to receive more of this revelation each day. Let Your love for Jesus overflow in my life, and let Jesus Himself live powerfully in me. Holy Spirit, make this reality burn in my heart until it becomes my daily walk. Amen.
