Thailand: a historic breakthrough in the heart of darkness

I sincerely thank you from the bottom of my heart for the support you have been in enabling us to carry out this evangelistic campaign in Chiang Mai. Thank you, because through your support and your prayers, you were with us on every stage of this strategic mission.

Thailand is a magnificent land, but marked by heavy spiritual resistance. In Chiang Mai, the presence of temples and witchcraft weighs on the atmosphere. But where the darkness seems dense, the Light shines even brighter!

Equipping the workers for the harvest

Before speaking to the crowds, we started where everything is played out for the future of the country: the training of local pastors and leaders.

The first day was dedicated to equipping for healing and deliverance. In a local culture sometimes marked by a spirit of control or religiosity, we saw a veritable blaze. Hearts were thirsty! We prayed for the baptism in the Holy Spirit and impartation.

The result? A wind of total freedom. Leaders fell under the power of the Spirit, others began to speak in tongues for the first time. They left not with a theory, but with a fire to transform their own communities.

3 Evenings of glory: the revival of Chiang Mai

Next, we moved on to the evangelistic evenings. Each evening, the anointing intensified:

• Evening 1: breaking the resistance. Despite the surrounding witchcraft, the atmosphere changed from the first praises. My friend Andrey Shapoval preached with boldness. We saw children in tears, on their knees, touched by the Spirit. 149 people responded to the call to salvation on the first evening.
• Evening 2: the love that saves (Valentine’s day evening). While the world celebrated human love, I proclaimed the Love that gives everything (John 3:16). It was an evening of massive breakthrough with 180 people giving their lives to Jesus.
• Evening 3: the explosion of miracles. For the last evening at the Airport Mall, the momentum was irresistible. After sharing the message, we entered into a time of power ministry. Specific words of knowledge located the sick in the room.

One thing that struck me

On the evening of February 14, while many were celebrating human love, I was on stage at the Airport Mall. While preaching John 3:16, I was overwhelmed by God’s love for this country.

I saw children, their faces bathed in tears, moving toward the altar. Not because they were being pushed, but because they were literally “loved” and “drawn” by the Father toward salvation. Of the 180 people I told you about who came forward, the majority were young people. Seeing them on their knees, I said to myself: “Lord, this is the future of Thailand.”
