My Spirit remains with you

“This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.” – Haggai 2:5

What a powerful promise from the Lord! He reminds His people of the covenant He made with them when He delivered them out of Egypt. They were no longer slaves, they were free, chosen, and protected. And then He gives them the assurance that changes everything: My Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.

Dear Friend, this same Word is alive for you today. The Spirit of God has not left you. His presence remains with you in the valley, in the storm, in the challenges of life. He is not a visitor who comes and goes, He is Emmanuel, God with us. The Holy Spirit is the faithful presence of God that brings peace, courage, and strength in every circumstance.

“This is what I covenanted with you when you came out of Egypt. And my Spirit remains among you. Do not fear.” Haggai 2:5

Fear often tries to grip our hearts. Fear of the future, fear of failure, fear of sickness, fear of not having enough. But the Lord says clearly: Do not fear, because My Spirit remains among you. Fear loses its power when we realize who is with us. The same Spirit who opened the Red Sea, who brought manna from Heaven, who gave water from the rock, is the Spirit who lives in you.

All through the Bible we see this truth. The Spirit remained with Moses, guiding him with a cloud by day and a fire by night. The Spirit was with Joshua as he crossed the Jordan and faced the walls of Jericho, giving him courage and victory. The Spirit was with Gideon, who felt too small and weak, but became a mighty warrior when God clothed him with His Spirit. And the Spirit was with David, turning a shepherd boy into a giant-slayer and a king after God’s heart.

Fear disappears where the Spirit of the Lord remains, because His presence brings courage, peace, and victory.

I remember being in Norway, where a young woman came forward during a Revival Healings & Miracles service. She had lived with constant fear because of recurring panic attacks. That night, as we prayed, she felt the tangible presence of the Holy Spirit fill her heart with peace. She testified the next day, saying, “I am no longer afraid, His Spirit is with me.” From that moment, she walked free, smiling with a joy that could not be shaken. This is the difference the Holy Spirit makes.

The Good News is, you don’t have to face life’s challenges in your own strength. You are not abandoned, you are not forgotten, you are not left alone. God’s Spirit remains with you, today and forever. And when His Spirit is with you, fear has no place in your life.

Prayer: Lord, thank You for Your covenant and Your promise that Your Spirit remains with me. I refuse fear today, and I choose to walk in faith, courage, and peace. Fill me with Your presence, and let my life reflect the power of the Holy Spirit everywhere I go. In Jesus’ Name, amen.
