Prepare the field

“The voice of him that crieth in the wilderness, prepare ye the way of the LORD, make straight in the desert a highway for our God. Every valley shall be exalted, and every mountain and hill shall be made low: and the crooked shall be made straight, and the rough places plain: And the glory of the LORD shall be revealed, and all flesh shall see it together: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.” – Isaiah 40 :3-5

The Lord will not send his glory on a field that is not prepared. By the way, it is his big mercy that works like that. Because, if my heart has not solid establishment, if there are fractures and flaws in the structure, then the weight of his blessing could crush me.

But if the foundation is stable, then the glory of God will solidify and establish may heart. My friends, do not fool yourself: the anointing of the Holy Spirit is extremely expensive and precious. He will not give it to anybody. The revival requires to die to yourself. The heavenly fire requires an altar to land on.

Do you want to be that person in which God will trust with his secrets? Do you want to see the glory of Christ emanate around you?

Then, prepare the field. Clear the ground of your heart. Sanctify you. Read the bible and allow the bible to read you. Pray. Walk with people who walked further than you in the Lord. Stay in the secret place. Stay there all the days of your life, and you will see that the hand of the Lord is not timid, when a woman or a man reserve themselves for the things of God.
