“For of him, and through him, and to him, are all things.” – Romans 11:36 The contrary of lack is not possession – it´s having the good shepherd at one’s side. Peace is not the absence of noise, of chaos or war – it´s the presence of the prince of peace. The antithesis of sin is not the “good” from the moral point of view, it´s the purity of the blood of the lamb. The opposite of evil is not the philosophical good, it´s the joy of the Lord. The anatomy of ignorance is not the knowledge, it´s knowing the eternal God. The revers of stupidity is not intellectualism, it´s Jesus, our wisdom who is it.

Isn´t it wonderful? We do not need anything, but we need somebody. I have excellent and glorious news for you, my friend: you don´t need more hope to be encouraged, you need more of Jesus. He is the hope of the nations. There is no hope outside of Christ. We desperately need him at any time. One instant in his tangible presence brings up more healing than all other therapies of the world. Saint Paul has shown us in his scriptures the secret of endurance and the quality of his ministry. “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me.” (Philippians 4 :13). The key of success is not a formula, it´s a person, the man Jesus Christ. The recipe of the revival is the research of the one who wakes us up, Jesus our redeemer. |

Do you want to be happy, this week? Then, carry the cross he gives to you and follow him full of love. God is not a god of luck, who distributes gifts in a hazardous way to anybody – God makes is face shining and offers generously his favor to those who fear him. In order not to fear men and their vain opinions any more, let´s fear God and his holy precepts. The source of all good things comes from the father. Who wants to be blessed by his riches? He has to come closer to God and to stay in his presence. I believe from the bottom of my heart that if instead of looking what goes wrong, you would look at Jesus, your trials would quickly come to their end. Your difficulties will fade in the light of his face, and his grace will become obvious in a supernatural way. Look at him! Isn´t he all you were looking for? |
