“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.” – 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 The kingdom of God is splendid. His economic circuit acts in a manner completely different from our circuit. In this kingdom, there is more joy to give than to receive. A warrior on his own can pursue one thousand, and 2 can chase ten thousand. The disciples got more rests when Jesus multiplied 5 breads than when he did it with 7 breads. In the kingdom, we love the Lord because he loved us first.

In a word … you have understood. God loves shaking our codes and dogmas. Today, there is one principle of this acting, I would like to emphasize: the principle of “Being touched to touch”. Jesus loves touching us. That´s a desire of his heart, much bigger than we could imagine.

“I am touched by the Holy Spirit so that I could touch other people with the same Holy Spirit.”
|
But the touching of God should not be limited to a personal experience, it should be spread around us. I am touched by the Holy Spirit so that I could touch other people with the same Holy Spirit. God comforts me so that I could comfort others being afflicted. He heals me so that I could heal those who are in need. Thus, the divine flux finds his full potential: I am strengthened, my next is served and Christ is glorified! “Freely ye have received, freely give”. (Matthew 10 :8) |
Prayer: Thank you, Lord, for your kingdom, thank you for your grace, thank you for your love and your wisdom. Touch me, Lord, so that I could impact the environment in which you have placed me. In the name of Jesus Christ. Amen.
