Sent and appointed by God

Genesis 45:8

“So it was God who sent me here, not you! And He is the one who made me an adviser to Pharaoh—the manager of his entire palace and the governor of all Egypt.”

Joseph had a very difficult life. He had dreams for his future and recklessly shared them with his brothers, who became jealous. They sold him to the Egyptians to make him a slave, and then he was falsely accused by Pothiphar’s wife and put in prison by her husband. But one day, supernaturally, thanks to God’s gift of being able to explain Pharaoh’s dreams, Joseph was appointed to the highest office in Egypt.

Sometimes we don’t understand the different challenges and problems we face in life. But God has the final say, and He uses every situation for our good. Today, you may feel betrayed like Joseph did. Or maybe you were put in prison for various reasons. This is not the end of your life. Trust God and put your hope in Him, because your current position is just a place of transition before promotion. God has a great plan for your life. In due time, He will send you and appoint you to a place you never ever could imagine before.

God can turn a betrayal into a promotion. He can get you out of jail in a supernatural way so that you can become a person of influence. In a desperate situation, as God’s favor is on your life, He will give you new opportunities that will bless you and your family.

Trust only in the Lord, even in difficult times. He is with you and will never abandon you. And all these years you have been going through unexplainable trials, God will use them sooner for your good.  If you trust Him, He will lead you to the most wonderful place you could ever imagine.  And you will be able to say: God has sent me to this particular place.

Therefore, don’t let bitterness take root in your heart toward people who have betrayed or hurt you. When you forgive, you allow God to turn bad things into great things. When you let God be God, He is the one who will send you to be, like Joseph, a blessing to the place where God will establish you with His anointing and wisdom.

Prayer: God, I decide to forgive all those who have betrayed me. I decide not to get stuck in my mind about the painful past. There is hope in You, and I believe that You will use my journey to promote me like no one else could ever do. My life is in your hands, and I know that the best is yet to come.

Quote : Trust God and put your hope in Him, because your current position is just a place of transition before promotion.
