“I will be glad and rejoice in your unfailling love, for you have been my troubles, and you care about the anguish of my soul”

God knows and stands by His people in adversity as well as in prosperity.
Faith and prayer must go together, for the prayer of faith is the prevailing prayer. Every believer will encounter some dangers and deliverances, until he is delivered from death, his last enemy. David didn’t hide his inside battle. He gave up his soul in a special manner to God. And with the words, in verses 5, Our Lord Jesus yielded up his last breath on the cross, and made his soul a free-will offering for sin, laying down his life as a ransom. But David is here as a man in distress and trouble. And his great care is about his soul and his spirit which is the most important part of our life. Many think that while perplexed about their worldly affairs and their cares multiplied, they may be excused if they neglect their souls; but we are the more concerned to look to our souls, that, though the outward man perish, the inward man may suffer no damage. The redemption of the soul coming from Jesus is essential and so precious. God looks upon your soul, when we are in trouble allow Him to take care of your anguish soul. As you rely on God’s mercy, today is the day to be glad and rejoice in the unfailing LOVE of Your God. He has seen your troubles and if you allow the Holy Spirit to go deep inside of you, He will remove your anxieties and replace them with an immeasurable profound LOVE of Your Heavenly Father, bringing healing and peace to the most remote place of your soul.
Prayer : Lord you have seen my troubles and I’m asking you to take care of my anguish soul. I believe in You as you are a God of miracles. Remove these anxieties and invade my soul with your healing and deliverance. As you are moving deeply with power, I decide and command to my soul to rejoice and be glad because of your unfailing love.
