Deuteronomy 31:6
“So be strong and courageous! Do not be afraid and do not panic before them. For the LORD your God will personally go ahead of you. He will neither fail you nor abandon you.”
This verse is one of my favorite because it relates to my calling. But the good news is that it doesn’t just relate to me, but to you as well, because the Lord is calling you to be a hero of the faith and change this world. God is a good shepherd, He is the healer, He is the one who cares for you. The Lord is ready to use you to manifest His glory on this earth. And as you face giants and enemies in your life, God speaks to you in a powerful way.
God is telling you not to tremble or be dismayed by anything, for He is with you wherever you go. This is such an encouragement, and it is absolutely true! You should walk through life
without the slightest fear, for that is not the nature that God has given you. You should refuse to be defeated by the things around you, even if they seem insurmountable.
No matter what the day holds, as a believer, you can approach it with boldness and confidence. Why? Because the Lord is with you, and in Him is everything you need in this life. That means if you need provision for anything today, the provision is with you. If you need wisdom today, wisdom is with you. If you need strength, joy or peace today, they are with you. You can be confident today, knowing that all your needs will be met spiritually, physically and emotionally because the Lord is with you.
Best of all, He has promised to never leave you. Don’t let the lies of the enemy or the pressure of the world keep you from grasping all that the Lord has for you. Open your heart by faith and receive all you need today. Step out with boldness and strength and move forward, because the Lord is with you! Don’t be afraid or discouraged, this is your time to live your best life as the Lord is with you to destroy your enemies and to help you take your promised land.
Prayer: Thank you, God, for Your call on my life. As You know, I face giants and enemies, but I decide to put my faith in Your word. I have received Your word and I have embraced Your strength and courage. I am not afraid, because You are with me and You will never abandon me. With Your help, I decide to go and take the land You promised to give me. I believe and declare You will never fail and will never abandon me.
