“As pressure and stress bear down on me, I find joy in your commands”

Psalms 119.143 (NLT Study Bible Text)

If you are rich or poor, living in the South or in the North, being young or old, wherever and whoever you are, we are all facing pressures and stress in the life that try to bear down on us. Despite the oppositions, changes, trials, persecutions, rejections or any kind of challenges that may hurt you bringing pressure, stress and despair there is a way to find joy.

“Always be full of joy in the Lord. I say it again – rejoice!”

Philippians 4.4-6 (NLT Study Bible Text)

The real joy is not depending on your circumstances or what you do have or not have or what you have done or not done.

But “The commandments of the LORD are right, bringing joy to the heart” (Psalms 19.8)

As the commands of the LORD are clear, giving insight for living.

There is a source of Great Peace from the Word of God, and also we can have access at the same place to a source of Great joy. This is the time to rejoice and be glad in the Lord despite the circumstances. You have been passing through enough pains and sorrows and now as you believe His word, God is going to turn your situation into a place of Great joy. He is telling you: always be full of My Joy. And as you are starting to laugh again, rejoicing in God the enemy will fly away. The devil’s tactic is to prison the people with sadness but the Kingdom of God is the peace, the joy and the justice through the Holy Spirit. And today the Holy Spirit is coming near you refreshing you with a Great Joy of Our God.

Prayer: God I’m laying down all my frustrations, questions and burden to the feet of your cross. You’ve died for me so that I may have an abundant life including great joy. I turn my eyes and ears to your word and promises receiving the benefit of a great joy for my soul and daily life. I trust You and decide to be always full of Joy in the Lord.
